After spotting Fylde grass on eBay and contacting them, I spoke with William via email about a there Kendal 34mm grass he then sent me a full sample pack of there grasses to view at our pleasure and pick one we liked. We ended up choosing the Harrogate 36mm for its look and feel. I contacted William to say I was placing the order for the amount we needed. He confirmed when he received the order and we got it the next day. The delivery men that came where spectacular. They gave me a call with an ETA and placed it where we wanted with no hassle even refusing our help to lift the large roll saying it was there job and they where happy to do it. Can’t fault them at all. The overall quality of the grass is outstanding and the price payed was worth it. The whole experience from ordering to delivery with this company is a credit to them. The communication and politeness is outstanding and I would highly recommend them to anyone.read more

Fantastic. Started by ordering free samples - which really were free and came really quickly. Was worried that this would then lead to constant sales calls and emails but nothing at all which is great because that would have put me off. Looked around and realised price and quality were very competitive. Ordered on bank holiday Monday for free delivery on Wednesday- had a call Tuesday night with an ETA and grass arrived as promised. Was concerned initially as it looked like it had a line across it but contacted the company before o fitted it and was assured it was just a pressure line which would go - and it has!
